The Candidate will perform problem resolution activities on both desktop and networking issues.  Completes all assigned service calls with professionalism and technical expertise.  Ensures the quality and service level goals are achieved in a timely manner.  Promptly and correctly completes all administrative duties.

     

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides quality customer service and support for designated equipment.
  • Escalates problems to appropriate next level of support when necessary.
  • Monitors assigned service calls to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensures all time reporting, expense reporting, and other required reports are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Meets or exceeds various service levels as established by assignment (calls per day, ETA’s, on-time response, administrative call closure, customer satisfaction.)
  • Responsible for ensuring on-going maintenance and development of positive customer relationships with all Lattice Semi business customers.

 

Required Skills and Abilities:  As a Level II Engineer/Technician you will be required to have exceptional skills in the following areas:

  • Minimum of two (2) year direct PC and Laptop Hardware Service experience. 
  • In possession of Associate’s Degree in computers/electronics, formal PC hardware service courses, or similar military related training.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification (Hardware & Software)
  • Proficiency in desk side support of Windows 10 Enterprise Operating System.
  • Microsoft Intune Administration & Support.
  • Proficiency in Anti-spyware and Anti-virus software
  • Proficiency in TCP/IP networking
  • Proficiency in aspects of wireless networking
  • Network / Telco cabling and termination.
  • Evaluation and installation of primary and peripheral computer and networking hardware, including, but not limited to: monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches.
  • Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management. Good people skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skills.
  • Good punctuality is important. Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on-time.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass drug and background check if required and permissible by law

Estudios:
Universitario en Técnico en Computadoras

Experiencia:
Soporte Técnico en el area de Informática / Internet -2 años de experiencia
Idioma:
Inglés avanzado
