Supervisor de Operaciones Remoto
Description:
The Supervisor will be responsible for the Coordination and Supervision of various departments in the call center, evaluating and monitor the staff performance. Will assist in recruitment and placement of required staff; establishment of organizational structure; delegation of tasks and accountabilities.
Requirements:
Fully Bilingual: English and Spanish (Advance English).
• Available to work on Weekends and Holidays .
• Great Customer Service and Communication Skills.
• Integrity and Confidentiality.
• Initiative and adaptability.
• Detail oriented.
• Customer service experience.
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in Management and operations.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point.
• Auditing and Inventory Experienced.
• Debe residir en la República Dominicana
