The Regional Marketing Head will also own internal communications and staff branding and must be proactive in finding the best local stories that will have the most impact when communicated across Concentrix. Accordingly, the person who fills this role must have a proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and be comfortable working in a global environment.

What you’ll be doing:
Financials
Work closely with Delivery, Account Management and Sales to support them to market and build a better local perception of Concentrix
Help achieve revenue, GM, EBITDA and OI financial targets
Improve candidate throughput from direct hiring channels by building a strong brand pull and reducing our cost per hire
Improve retention by working closely with HR to strengthen staff engagement and promote programs that build talent, reinforce a strong corporate culture and turn staff members into raving fans of our brand
Ensure the local execution of global marketing priorities
Assist with global marketing responsibilities including budget reporting of PR and advertising spend in your region
Assist with global marketing reports
Staff Branding
Produce compelling content for use in all forms of marketing that showcases Concentrix’ strengths and value to staff and prospective new hires
Develop and execute a structured internal communications program in your region that helps staff understand the big picture and how they fit in it
Develop internal and external marketing campaigns about non-traditional staff benefits such as a great working environment, career development, personal growth and more
Recruitment Marketing
Support our business to achieve hiring targets in your region
Drive greater candidate throughput from direct hiring channels
Drive deep engagement with job seekers across all social platforms
Lead the development of marketing assets and social media marketing
Customer Branding
Support Delivery in achieving its target of customer VOC score of >=9
Ensure Delivery leaders have access to marketing materials that specifically address our competitive advantage
Constantly execute content strategy to positively influence our clients’ perception of Concentrix
Internal Communications and CSR
Assist HR to promote staff engagement activities, advertising and the development of employer branding, ensuring advertising creative and placement reinforces Concentrix’ brand image
Create internal communications in support of global marketing efforts
Provide communications strategy and support to management for local CSR initiatives
Your skills, attributes and qualifications:
Experience developing and implementing marketing strategy for a global organization
Experience writing, presenting and driving business cases though a senior team
Demonstrated proficiency in writing compelling stories and press releases
Demonstrated public relations experience, including successfully pitching stories to the media
Experience creating internal and external video content for use
