Call center agent Customer Service and Passive Sales Agent - Remoto

The Role:
As a Call Center Sales Representative, you'll connect customers with top-notch home services provider– all from the comfort of your own home. With over 300 clients across the country, you will have no shortage of opportunities to make an impact! Work with a dedicated sales team to sharpen your skills and grow with one of the top startups in the Lawn and Pest space.

What You’ll Do:
•    Take a fast-paced customer service-based sales approach with potential customers across the country
•    Promote and represent the services and brands of over 300+ home service companies located across the US, Canada, and the UK
•    Field inbound and place outbound calls regarding available services and products
•    Overcome customer objections and be the closer you were born to be
•    Benefit from the support of an entire virtual team while also being able to enjoy a degree of autonomy
•    Be able to consistently meet and exceed monthly metrics of accountability

What You’ll Bring:
•    Minimum 1 year of call center experience. (Sales experience always helps too!)
•    A knack for speaking with people who have diverse backgrounds, and different world views
•    Awesome verbal and written communication skills
•    An upbeat and eager attitude; ready to get your boots dirty at a fast-paced start up environment
•    Schedules: All agents need to work at least 1 weekend day, days off could be split
•    Sales experience is a plus; wanting to work in sales is a MUST
•    Agents will be working off-site (agents would need to go to the site in case of a power or internet outage)
•    All candidates must be located in GAM 
•    B2+ English (spoken)
•    Job stability during the last 12 months
•    A wired LAN connection is required at all times
•    CSS Laptops will be provided
