Bilingual Project Manager Needed with background in business/finance

We are looking for a Bilingual Project Manager Assistant with experience in the Business/Finance Sector. Must be have a strong background in Project Management and Finances and great verbal communication skills in english

Qualifications:

-Strong background in project management

-Proven True leader capable of managing a team

-English Proficiency (90%+ spoken and written)

-Expert-level experience with computer operating systems, such as Microsoft and MacOS )+ Project and CRM.

-Able to do proper research and planning on financial related topics

-Skill in time management and planning, prioritizing, and organizing workload to meet deadlines.

-Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and demands.

-Ability to effectively delegate and efficiently track assignments.

-Ability to analyze and solve complex work problems independently.

-Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive issues and materials.

-Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with Clients.

-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management personnel, co-workers, and internal/external customers.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business/Finance and at least 3 years in similar roles a must

-Licenciatura or Master´s desired.

-Experience with financial projections.

-Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English as this position requires interfacing verbally with the Clients.

-Experience managing a team

-Proven ability to solve problems creatively

-Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

-Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

-Excellent analytical skills

-Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

-Determine and define project scope and objectives

-Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

-Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

-Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

-Able to work from home for the next 6 months and on site in Medellin starting early 2021 (post Covid19).
