General Description
Provides Support to all HR Operations processes and ensures satisfactory employee experience in HR transactional matters. Focused on internal customer service to all employees under scope.
Main Scope of Work:
· Executes standard operating procedures for HR operations
· Provides general administrative support to HR functions in different areas
· Provides support to employee or crew operations
· Supports core processes in operations: Employee transfers, movements and promotions
· Handles HR Systems and provides internal HR Support to facilitate core processes
Responsibilities
1. New Hire Onboarding and Hiring Processes
2. Follows HR + Payroll Calendar Activities
3. Employee File & Documentation
4. Creates Employment Contracts and Labor relations documents
5. Visa SEM issuing process
6. Health Insurance and Private Pension Plan Employee Enrollment
7. Human Resources Vendor payments
8. Internal company Loan management
9. Management of Internship Program (Payments)
10. Provide Ad hoc reports related to payroll and employee data from SAP system
11. Employee reimbursement process
12. Social Security record card delivery (entrega de ficha de CSS)
13. Issuing of Work Certification letters to employees
14. Communication with payroll and data management vendors
15. Keep track of vacation days and provides monthly reports to Managers
16. Supports work permit renovation processes
17. Manages all employee inquiries
18. Administers Severance Fund (Progreso) (hires and terminations reporting)
